Our story began in 2003 as the first tavern on the street with the “Agapia Meyhane”, which we opened at Kadife Street (Bar Street) in Kadıköy. We are still the first and only tavern in Barlar Street. We have decided to move our Agapia Meyhane 2017 experience to Bahariye Street, the legendary street of Kadıköy and have welcomed you as “Agapia Mezze” by combining the “new generation tavern” approach with a variety of appetisers in a 120 year old mansion in Miralay Nazım Sokak.
Agapia Mezze is an appetiser paradise, offering 50 types of appetisers that appeal to the taste of Mezzes. Our place is in our menu, in addition to the traditional appetisers of Aegean / Greek, Armenian, Hatay and Middle Eastern cuisine, which were influenced by the Ottoman Empire, to our republic as well as the special appetisers that you will not find easily in other taverns and which we will add to your palate.
